Dr. Fisher is a graduate of Gilman School in Baltimore, Franklin and Marshall College, and Guadalajara Medical School. He trained at Maryland General Hospital, and was a medical consultant for Taylor Manor Hospital and Changing Point. Dr. Fisher has been in the private practice of Internal Medicine since 1982, in Baltimore City and Towson, and previously had been with Drs. Brager and Gaber in Lutherville.
